Michael Dolan, a former Army officer, has been practicing elder law, probate law, criminal defense, and personal injury law in Connecticut since 1996. Admitted to the Connecticut State Bar, he has extensive experience in both state and federal courts, handling a diverse range of criminal cases, including white-collar offenses, drug-related crimes, and complex criminal litigation.
As a civil litigation attorney, Dolan is committed to defending the rights of injured individuals, whether the case involves accidents, wrongful death, or workers' compensation claims. He has also represented educational boards in general litigation and policy development, as well as municipalities in property tax appeals. His appellate experience extends to both state and federal courts.
