Michael Dolan, a former Army officer, has been practicing criminal defense and personal injury trial law in Connecticut since 1996. Admitted to the State Bar of Connecticut, he has extensive experience in both state and federal courts, handling a diverse range of criminal cases including white-collar offenses, drug-related crimes, and complex criminal litigation.
As a civil litigation attorney, Dolan is committed to defending the rights of injured individuals, whether the case involves accidents, wrongful death, or workers' compensation claims. He has also represented educational boards in general litigation and policy development, as well as municipalities in property tax appeals. His appellate experience extends to both state and federal courts.
Dolan holds Magna Cum Laude distinctions from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and the United States Military Academy.
